We will accept products returns for a full refund on the same method of payment used to purchase the product(s), or for a credit or exchange, up to 30 DAYS after the delivery date, in condition that the returned product(s) are unused, and in the original condition and complete with original documents and packaging.

Any item(s) purchased on our website are eligible for a return, if they are in their new condition as detailed above, However, we may not be able to accept returns of Special orders.

 

All returns must be pre-approved, regardless of the reason for the return. A Return Authorization can be obtained by contacting info@wordpress-822256-2972154.cloudwaysapps.com , with full details of the purchased items and an acceptable reason for the return.  Return Authorization will be cancelled if the returned product is not received within 30 DAYS of the delivery date.

 

Shipping costs will be refunded in full if the product was received due to an error on the part of our company. For returns that are not due to an error on the part of our company, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
